"Ladies and Gentlemen, my name is Verena Weigand. I am Purchasing Manager of the BMW and VW Group Business Units for Johnson Controls Interiors.
As you know, one of our JCI key values is customer satisfaction. This describes who you are as a company, how you operate and behave, and how you interact with your customers and employees.
It is my pleasure to present the Johnson Controls Interiors Supplier award for Customer Satisfaction 2014: The winner of this category lives the value of customer satisfaction, within their company and with their customers. This company is Maier S. Coop. Not only through their technical know-how in the areas of decorative painted or chromed parts, moreover their proactive approach in dealing with customer needs, is ensuring a smooth launch of the F48 IP project and F30 Facelift DP.
Maier were able to influence positively the process and the engineering specification of the component, due to their willingness being involved early in a project. This approach gave us and our customer a clear and convincing message.
Johnson Controls looks forward to working with company Maier in the future."
Thank you very much!
